Free Agency Rules

RULES:
1. To make an offer, create a topic, post the player stats, and give your offer.
2.There can only be on topic per player, if i see 2 i will delete the one with fewer posts
3. The max offer is 6 Million. No offers can go over that . Also, if i see that people keep offering contracts for some shit player and its getting out of han I'll lock the topic.
